To bring our strategy alive and ensure quality is met, all our actions are shaped around the Australian Business Excellence Framework (ABEF). We have seven strategic objectives, which are key drivers in achieving successful outcomes for our consumers and their families.
With VisAbility, we embark on a new chapter, one in which our services will be promoted more effectively, and where we will have a greater impact on more people throughout Tasmania. This chapter will see us foster stronger relationships with other service providers, government and funding bodies that will ensure long-term sustainability of our vital services.
