Guide Dogs Tasmania is proud to acknowledge the following corporate partners for their ongoing support of our work. As partners, these local and national organisations provide us with time, product, expertise and funds, to ensure we can continue support Tasmanians who are blind or vision impaired.
Together, we are seeing what’s possible.
If your organisation, community group or company is interested in becoming a partner of Guide Dogs Tasmania, contact us.
Guide Dogs Australia National Partners
Guide Dogs Tasmania is grateful to Kirsty Pilkington, a Hobart-based photographer who has taken truly magnificent photos of all of our new puppies and graduating dogs since 2009. Her images feature in this website, on most GDT collateral, in all Puppy Love newsletters, and regularly on our Facebook page. Kirsty provides her time and all of the images without fee or restriction. We are always, always blown away by her generosity … and talent.
Montrose Veterinary Centre. The staff at Montrose have been looking after our pups and dogs for many years. They know us and know our pups, and nothing is ever a hassle. They provide us with expert care, attention and advice, and together we all make sure our pups are healthy and happy.
Specsavers. The team at Specsavers have championed the work of Guide Dogs Tasmania since 2012, raising funds in store and encouraging other stores to do the same. We visit with our Ambassador Dog to say thank you, and especially like it when they hold Super Hero Dress-up Days, as Dexter fits in very well!
Ambassador Dog Sponsor
Fairbrother Foundation. Well-known Tasmanian building company, Fairbrother, support our Ambassador Dog Program with an annual donation from the Fairbrother Foundation, to cover the costs associated with this community program. The program is vital to enhancing our community engagement and fundraising with school, community groups and businesses state-wide.
Guide Dogs Tasmania acknowledges funding from the Tasmanian Government for client service provision.
